    Kishu Railway's Real Estate Division is engaged in the management, sale, and development of properties that make the most of local attractions. We have an environment that allows us to take on a wide range of challenges, such as helping each customer find a home and proposing land utilization that leads to the revitalization of the community, in order to make each customer's "ideal life" a reality.

    Our senior staff will support you even if you have no experience so that you can start with confidence. We also have a qualification acquisition support system in place, so those seeking qualifications such as "Real Estate Transaction Specialist" are also welcome!

We place great importance on smiles and hospitality to ensure that guests visiting for sightseeing or business have a comfortable and memorable time. We offer opportunities to be involved in various aspects of hotel operations, such as front desk operations, guest room management, and restaurant service.

    Duties
    Hotel Operations Manager
    The Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management of the hotel.
    Develop and implement management plans and budgets (costs, sales, profits, assets, safety management, etc.)
    Planning of human resources, development of job descriptions and evaluation criteria, team evaluation, commendation, and improvement proposals.
    ・Management of daily operations (purchasing, facilities management, etc.)
    Building an efficient and high quality team
    ・Emergency response and troubleshooting
    Periodic reporting on the status of operations and improvement proposals
    Maintaining brand image, public relations and cooperation with external parties
    Compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards

    Eligibility for Application
    Experience in the hotel industry is required.
    At least 2 years of experience working in Japan
    Japanese language skills at a daily conversational level or above (business level welcome)
    Excellent communication skills and teamwork
    Flexibility and problem-solving skills
    High sense of responsibility and service mindedness
    Basic PC skills including Office software
